Usage & Dosage
Take two (2) capsules with 8–12 oz of water. Consume before meals or cardio workouts, preferably on an empty stomach. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Do not exceed two servings (4 capsules) daily.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Each serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine, which is about as much as two cups of coffee; do not combine with alcohol, other caffeine-containing products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
