Vanilla Cream: Micellar Casein (96%) (Milk), Natural Flavour, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Steviol Glycosides), DigeZyme® Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Cellulase, Lactase, Lipase), Salt, Stevia Reb A 97%.
Usage & Dosage
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk into an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2–3 times a day. *Scoops are estimated only; weighing scales are recommended.
