These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that this is the case.
3. Products
We sell food supplements and related products. We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations in packaging, appearance or ingredient declarations may occur as manufacturers update their products. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item delivered.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency applicable to your store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price; they are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price and will contact you before processing your order.
5. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an automatic acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it — this does not yet mean your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will inform you and refund any payment already taken.
6. Payment
We accept a range of payment methods provided through our payment processor, Mollie, including credit and debit cards, Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, iDEAL and other relevant local payment methods. The payment methods available to you depend on your country and are displayed at checkout — not every method is available in every market.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is normally 4–7 arbetsdagar after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Some orders may be shipped directly from one of our suppliers or fulfilment partners within the EU, so the sender shown on the parcel may differ from “Nuvalia”. This does not affect your rights: Ekovital Norden AB remains the seller and your point of contact for your order, including any questions about delivery, faults, returns or refunds.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal (cancellation)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dagar without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
Exception for sealed goods: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery. This means that if the seal or safety packaging of a food supplement has been opened, the item can no longer be returned for an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@nuvalia.eu with a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Full details on how to return goods and how refunds are handled are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Return costs: where you withdraw simply because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
9. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 dagar from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
10. Faulty or incorrect goods (statutory rights)
As the seller is established in Sweden, your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law apply. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy and have a right to complain (reklamation) for up to 3 år from delivery, provided you notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. These statutory rights are not affected by the change-of-mind withdrawal right described above. Please contact support@nuvalia.eu as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your failure to follow product instructions, recommended dosages or storage conditions.
12. Dispute resolution

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to your purchase.
